On Tuesday, March 26th 2019, the San Antonio Alumnae Club of Pi Beta Phi will hold our 14th Gourmet Soirée at the San Antonio Country Club. Proceeds from the luncheon will benefit our national philanthropy of literacy. This year we are thrilled that we will be specifically benefiting the San Antonio Public Library Foundation.
This year’s Gourmet Soirée is sure to be one you will not want to miss! It is our great pleasure to announce that Elizabeth Chambers, owner of beloved Bird Bakery (and a Texas Alpha Pi Phi!) has graciously agreed to be our celebrity chef. Following in the great tradition of the past Gourmet Soirées, Elizabeth will conduct a cooking demonstration with a luncheon to follow.
For a seamless day-of experience, you may also pre-purchase bottles of wine to be waiting at your table, a two-stemmed potted orchid centerpiece from Baker Tatum, book plates to be placed in a book distributed by SAPLF ready for your personalization, and raffle tickets for your opportunity to win one of two $1500 gift cards to Julian Gold and Kelly Wade Jewelers.
